Not every home is fit for an estate sale. Some estates would receive a better benefit from emptying the home as soon as possible. North Shore Estate Sales Offers the best price for all estate cleanouts and removal needs.

In addition to offering the best price for estate cleanouts we do something that other removal companies don’t take the time to offer. We offer sorting services that sort the estate cleanout items into 3 separate categories.

1. Items that can be donated
2. Items that will be disposed of
3. Personal and sentimental items

When you select North Shore Estate Sales as your estate cleanout firm our delivery crew will be there to empty the home of all items. You are of course welcome to keep anything that that you wish, but if you do not want to keep it we will take it away for you. All items that can be donated go to a local charity and anything that can’t be donated will be disposed of for you. You will be given a tax deduction for everything that is donated.

Our Process

Step 1 – The Consultation

Call us at 847-306-0877 to set up your free no obligation consultation. During the consultation one of our knowledgeable estate specialist will tour your home and discuss the possibility of an estate cleanout vs an estate/moving sale with you.

They will also provide you with an idea of what to expect including cost and timing.

Step 2 – The Clear-Out

In the days following your selection of North Shore Estate sales for your estate cleanout our delivery crew will be there to empty the home of all items you don’t wish to keep. If you want your home completely empty, we will make that happen. All items that can be donated go to a local charity and anything that can’t be donated will be disposed of for you. You will be given a tax deduction for everything that is donated.
